FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are tailored to the client's needs within the normal range. I don't mean to sound like I'm desperate to take on every job; I just want to say that I understand there are clients who want to remodel and don't have enough money, and by meeting them, I'm almost guaranteed to reach a fair deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client's first impression of any company is important. If I'm not professional, responsible with my work, and deliver the quality I offer, I won't grow as a company, I won't receive good recommendations, and most importantly, I won't get a second chance from the client. I make a living from this, my daughters make a living from it, and it's very important to me to make sure the client is happy with me and the work I've done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a new company; I've only been self-employed for three years. Prior to this, I was employed for about seven years as a lead painter. I have extensive experience in exterior and interior painting, cabinet, and metal. I've worked on long-term projects, ranging from two years of work to one-day projects, painting a wall. I don't rule out any job. I like helping small clients because one day I could be the big client who gives me big projects.
