Cassi is great! She was very quick to respond. Did a phone call to discuss what I wanted and what she offers before I purchased nutritional and workout services from her. I worked with Cassi for a month and I lost 6 lbs! :) I learned alot about nutrition and also the accountability thing was huge for keeping me on track. I'm going to see how I do on my own but I know if I need to, I will be going back to work with Cassi again in the future when I need her help.

Prices are per month for remote coaching with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first phone call will be a free consultation. The focus is on figuring out a game plan for our future time together. We will talk about goals and your motivation behind them. I’ll try to find out about your family or situation and what kind of support system you have. We will also discuss food habits and diet history. At the end of the session we will agree on some specific goals and be off!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to struggle with my weight and yo-yoed a lot. I was miserable and just didn’t know what to do! 14 years ago I hired a personal trainer and it changed my life... now I have dedicated my life to helping others do the same!
