Our plumber called Carlos at Western Disaster Clean Up, because we had a sewer line break down in the crawl space of our home. He arrived very quickly. He went over everything with us and explained what would happen next, and answered all of our questions and concerns. His team came out within the hour and started cleaning up the mess in the crawl space. They came the next day and finished the working the area and set up dryers and humidifiers to take out the moisture and smell. Everyone was professional and respectful. They worked fast and explained everything to us. Regan at their office called and explained paperwork and was very helpful with sending information to our Insurance. I would highly encourage anyone who has a sudden disaster or even a minor one. Call Western Disaster Cleanup! They made our lives so much easier. Thank you Western Disaster Cleanup!

I cannot recommend Western Disaster enough! We came across a black mold issue from a leak in our ceiling from the roof. I have a brand new baby and was very frantic and paranoid about him breathing the mold in. They responded quickly, ripped the mold out, and treated it. All areas affected are completely gone now! Jose & Jaden were great to work with. The entire team that came out and did work were nice and professional! They made sure to clean up all the insulation and areas they ripped out too! Thank you!!

Last spring, I found a leak in my roof and called several companies for help. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use insurance pricing and bill your insurance directly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
24/7 Emergency response. We will get to you as fast as possible and get to work mitigating the problem as soon as we arrive. We try to save as much of the home as possible and do it in the cleanest manner possible. If you have a flood we will spray a antimicroberial spray to kill bacteria and prevent mold from growing. We will place equipment and monitor it until your home has dried out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified. We have cleaned up thousands of floods, toilet overflows, sewer back ups, etc...
