- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the customer’s needs and gathering information about the property. After providing a quote, we schedule a convenient time for service. On the day of the job, I arrive on time, carefully clean the windows, screens, and tracks as requested, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets my standards and the customer’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience cleaning residential and commercial properties throughout Utah County. I’ve spent countless hours refining my techniques, learning the safest ways to access difficult windows, and developing an eye for detail that helps deliver streak-free results every time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A few years ago, I started cleaning windows with a friend as a way to make some extra money. What I didn’t expect was how much I would enjoy it. Over time, I found myself looking forward to every job, putting in an AirPod, listening to a podcast, and focusing on the simple process of turning dirty windows crystal clear. What started as a side hustle quickly became a passion, and eventually led me to start Despain Cleaning.
