Denali was recommended to us by one of our contractors when we were ready to finish the basement of our recently built home. Before choosing Denali, we had several other contractors come by, but we are so glad we went with him.
From the start, Denali exceeded our expectations. My husband and I can be very particular, but Denali handled every detail with patience, professionalism, and an incredible attention to quality. His craftsmanship was evident throughout the entire project, and he consistently consulted with us, offering valuable suggestions for high-quality materials and design options at reasonable prices. His project pricing was very competitive, which made working with him an even better choice.
Denali was always accommodating when we requested changes and ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction. We also appreciated his punctuality and open communication—he kept us informed of any schedule adjustments, which made the process stress-free.

Denali came to us as a referral. My wife and I began a very long project to finish our basement. Denali was one of the first to begin the framing process. Immediately, we noticed the quality of his work - his prep, attention to detail, and even the cleanup after each job really impressed us. After Denali finished framing, we quickly wondered what other parts of the basement buildout could he take on? That's how much we enjoyed working with Denali that we literally wanted him to be the guy for every aspect of our buildout. He went on to also do the woodworking design trimmings and several other aspects of the "dream design" that my wife and I had wished up for home. Denali is on speed dial - he's the first person we call anytime we want to do any house projects. Can't tell you how many times we've given him a ring. Most importantly, he's such a great guy to be around. Very easy going, fun and someone you can trust. After our basement was complete, Denali become a good family friend. We would give him our highest recommendation and others should be lucky enough to work with Denali.

Denali at DC Homes rebuilt my back porch and did an exceptional job! He listened to what I wanted and not only made it happened, but made it better than I imagined. He also fixed a leak in my basement window and replaced the flashing, window, and stucco in another project, my window doesn’t leak anymore and you can’t even tell he re did the stucco! I recommend Denali and DC Homes to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, it's best to set up a meeting to get an idea of what they are thinking and wanting in a project. From there we discuss different items that will help us both come a mutual understanding of how to move forward with estimates, schedules, contracts, etc...

I have a Bachelors degree from UVU in Building Construction / Construction Management. I have been involved in the construction industry from several types of the trades and in Construction Management for over 20 years...
