Emerald pools takes care of the pool at our second home. Nice to show up and everything ready to go with the pool. When we have had issues they have been very responsive.

Zach is very kind and responds whenever I had issues. Service went downhill quickly once the cleaner tom left. A new kid came in and after not doing anything they claimed they were doing for a year I finally had enough. I approached the owner Zach and he turned the blame on me for only having them come every other week. I am not the professional, thats why I hired them and dont know whats best for my pool. On top of it last winter he told me I was fine to turn on my heater and it blew. Again, I have no pool or equipment experience so I expect them to know it wasnt supposed to be turned on in temps under 40 degrees. They offered no help to pay for the unit or labor. I would suggest you stay far away from this company.
