They did a yearly maintenance on my heating/air conditioning. He let me know about the coolant, and to keep an eye on it this summer, but it shouldn’t be a problem; if it is, let him know.

My furnace was leaking, and when he opened it up, the fix was so embarrassingly obvious/easy that he didn't charge me. That's how you get called back when the prices actually are high!
