The technician arrived earlier than the allotted time, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician immediately went to water softener and diagnosed that the leak was due to a damaged hose. He cut away the damaged area of the hose and replaced it to go directly into the drain. This company is very honest and will never try to provide unnecessary services, which is a rare thing with all the big name plumbing companies. Thank you for making it a very simple process and repair.

Many people from different plumbing companies came in to check the crack in my porcelain sink and gave me different estimates. The upfront gave the least cost that also included a 2 year warranty. We are very pleased to hire Dominic to get our job done. He is kind enough to explain things and very knowledgeable.
