His original quote to demo my shower and bathroom floor was double everyone else’s. So I went with someone else originally. That guy forgot a piece of equipment so he only did the shower for me. Then Kevin contacted me again and quoted me $125 to remove my bathroom floor. After showing up 45 minutes late, he tried prying up the floor for 5 minutes, then decided it wasn’t worth the money. He actually said he other things to he would rather do that evening. It took me about 3 hours to demo the floor myself and I’m actually having to fix the tiny bit he did because he actually damaged my subfloor. So, if you have an easy job and are willing to overpay, go with Kevin, otherwise I suggest going with someone else.
