I cannot say enough good things about Wisam Rabeea and Precedence Engineering Consulting PLLC . I have went to him again and again to solve my MEP needs, and whether its residential or or complicated commercial work he has the expertise and the depth to draft fully compliant drawings that will pass any jurisdictions most stringent requirements. On top of that Wisam works proactively throughout the process which ensures hes always two or three steps ahead of the process. Very professional and timely engineering drawings !
