FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small business, we keep our overhead low so we can offer highly competitive pricing without cutting corners. We price every job fairly based on scope, not surprises—and we’re always upfront about costs before any work begins. There are no hidden fees, and we don’t push unnecessary upgrades. We also offer discounts for multi-install jobs or referrals, and we’re happy to provide free estimates so you know exactly what to expect. Quality work at a fair price—that’s what we’re all about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it simple and stress-free. First, you fill out a quick form on our website so we can get the details of your project. From there, we’ll reach out to confirm a few things and, if needed, schedule a site visit or virtual walkthrough. Once we understand the scope, we’ll provide a clear, upfront estimate. If everything looks good, we’ll get you on the schedule quickly—most jobs are completed in a single visit. Throughout the process, we keep communication open and make sure you’re informed every step of the way. Our goal is to make the entire experience smooth, efficient, and professional—from first contact to final install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work, with a strong focus on EV charger installations, panel upgrades, subpanels, and troubleshooting. We’ve completed hundreds of installs across Northern Virginia and stay current with local code requirements and best practices. We’re constantly learning—whether it’s adapting to new technology in the EV space or refining our methods to make installs cleaner, faster, and more efficient. Experience is our edge, and we bring that to every job.
