My experience is vast, from Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Utility, Hybrid Solar and Battery Storage, Combine Cycle and Simple Cycle Power plants.

BRAM ELECTRIC owner Alrick Bonner blessed my home. My home warranty company selected BRAM to respond because my kitchen ceiling fan failed to work on the hottest days we've experienced in years. A few communication and time schedule challenges at first were overcome. BRAM diagnosed engine failure and installed my new kitchen ceiling fan without any problems. Alrick was positive, professional and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I loved the attention to details and through cleanup. I don't usually give 5 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement. Alrick took the time to go beyond what I have experienced in service providers before. They came to our house and did a very thorough job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Gave us a lot of education on what was going on with our electrical system and possible causes. He even went above and beyond and installed a dryer vent hose, which clearly, he did not have to do! Thank you

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride my self in workmanship that the job will be completed with to the best of my abilities and my price will alway be competitive. I am ver transparent no hidded agenda my prices are set if I quoted you for a job and it takes longer than expected you dont pay anything more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I preferred to meet the customer and go over the job scope prior to offering a quote because it makes it easier to provide a fair and honest quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have a master electrical license and over 30Yrs of electrical experience.
