Fixpoint Maintenance is a family-owned handyman and property maintenance company serving Northern Virginia — Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, Alexandria and Falls Church.
We handle the jobs bigger contractors won't bother with: drywall repair and painting, trim and molding, cabinet and appliance installation, TV mounting, picture hanging, closet and shelving systems, window treatments, gutters, caulking and general repairs around the house. We carry common parts on the truck, so most jobs are finished in the same visit.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most small jobs are priced flat-rate rather than hourly, so you know the number before we start. Larger work gets a written estimate with the scope spelled out. Estimates are free, and there is no charge for us to look at something and tell you it can wait. If we find something extra while we're there, you get the price before we touch it — no surprise line items on the invoice. Maintenance plan members get a member rate on additional work and no trip charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call or message us and describe the problem. We ask a couple of questions and give you an honest read on whether it's a quick fix or something bigger. Then we book a real day and time window — not "sometime Tuesday." We show up with the common parts already on the truck, so most jobs are finished in the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, you'll know the part, the price and the date before we leave. When we're done you get a short written summary with photos of what we did and anything worth keeping an eye on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner holds a bachelor's degree and has years of experience building and running construction companies, including a commercial construction firm overseas before founding our business here in Virginia. We also operate GreenZ LLC, a construction and remodeling company working across the same Northern Virginia counties, so our crew is trained on full renovation work — not just quick fixes. Anything that requires a specialty trade license is handled by licensed subcontractors we work with regularly.
