- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear, upfront pricing. Our service call includes a full diagnostic, and if you proceed with the repair, that fee goes toward the total cost. We offer 30-day warranties on all services and parts we provide. If a customer supplies their own part, we only provide a service warranty. For parts we order, a 50% deposit is required. We also occasionally offer seasonal discounts—just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a friendly phone consultation or online request. Once we understand the issue, we schedule a convenient time for diagnosis. After identifying the problem, we explain the solution and provide a clear quote. If a part is needed, we collect a 50% deposit and complete the job as soon as the part arrives. We always follow up to ensure everything is working perfectly.

Our team is factory-trained and certified in appliance repair and installation, with ongoing training to stay updated on the latest technologies and brand-specific systems. We also hold proper business licenses to operate professionally and safely across the DMV area.
