FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is a consultation, either virtual or in person. If it is strictly a consultation, meaning a client simply wants to have a professional walk through their home with them to let them know what to eliminate/edit/add to every room (aka walk & talk), we will schedule an appointment to walk through your home with you. This is where we explain our suggestions to you, and provide you with a checklist of what to do with each room we discuss. For an additional fee, we can also provide links for recommended purchases, or shop for and purchase the items on your behalf. If the consultation is for staging, you will receive a quote for the rooms you wish to have staged. Once the staging contract is ratified, we will schedule a date for staging. Fully staging a vacant home generally takes 1-2 days. Once the home goes under contract, the appraisal has been completed and the process is moving forward, we will schedule a date to destage your home.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It’s important to know that 92% of buyers canNOT see your home in any other way than the way it’s presented. A properly staged home can earn you 5-22% more for your home. Expert staging can make your home stand out above the rest, appeal to more buyers, and get your home sold faster and for more money. An eye for creating an inviting and neutral pallet and attention to detail go a long way.
