Alex from Pascual Irrigation visited my property and provided a detailed walkthrough about the installation. He explained the background details behind the placement of each one of the sprinklers. On the day of installation, they were on time and started the installation as planned. The installation was tidy and clean. Sofia, on the other hand, answered all my questions regarding the estimate very patiently. She explained about the Rachio smart app for controlling the watering schedule. I am happy that I selected Pascual Irrigation for my sprinklerinstallation. The quality of the installation is worth the money. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Pascual Irrigation Services did a fabulous job. He showed up the next day after I asked for help on Thumbtack to install a new sprinklersystem. He was thorough. He explained everything very well. He said he could do the job in the next week. His proposal was the best value. Easy decision to go with them.
The day of installation his team worked quickly and very efficiently. They did everything he said he would do. They even spread some soil bags around areas of my lawn that needed it then spread seed. So happy to now have a functioning sprinklersystem. The weather feature ensures it won’t turn on when not needed.

When Alex first came out to look over our property and quote the project, he took his time explaining where the placement of the sprinkler heads would be and took into consideration of an upcoming landscaping project we were about to start. He explained the system and controller operation and what equipment would be installed. Pascual was also one of the most reasonable with pricing, and after reading their reviews not only on Thumbtack, but on the Chamber of Commerce website, I felt very comfortable choosing Pascual Irrigation for our project.
On the day of installation, Alex and his team arrived on time and were very professional throughout the process by keeping the disruption to the lawn at a minimum. After the system was installed, the replacement of the sod that was removed during installation was put back in the same place it was removed and the cleanup afterwards was exceptional.
Before leaving, Alex reviewed every zone and its operation with me and told me to contact him after the system ran a few times if there were any sprinkler heads that needed an adjustment. He then put me in contact with Sophia to explain the operation of the Rachio controller app and she had already pre-programmed the system for the first two weeks to aid in the restoration of the sod that had been removed and replaced so it would come back to life properly. After the first week, the grass had come back better than I expected.
I contacted Alex 10 days after the installation to do some adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads and he was able to come out the two day later. He arrived after hours and after an all day project, checked every sprinkler head and adjusted anything needed to ensure all parts of the lawn were being watered properly.
Overall we are very pleased Pascual Irrigation and highly recommend them. Thank you Alex and Sophia for a job well done!

Absolutely thrilled with the overall experience. Alex and Sofia are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Very courtesy, professional, and respectful to your property.
They installed the latest and greatest Rachio system, and overall it works very well. We hit an issue with set up of the system, but Sofia stayed for hours on end until the issue resolved itself. Although I am less than pleased with Rachio’s customer service, Sofia was a gem. I am highly recommending them to my neighbors, and anyone who passes by.
Hopefully a Rachio rep see’s this; your customer service, troubleshooting, and app integration with HomeKit needs a desperate overhaul. Other than that, I am please with the control through the actual Rachio app (though I prefer HomeKit). Sofia and Alex set up a watering schedule which has been working flawlessly outside of the Apple Ecosystem.

I loved working with Pascual Irrigation. They were very professional and responsive and their prices are very reasonable. They were patient with me as I asked all of my questions while I was gathering estimates and offered the best incentives. They even marked where the sprinkler heads and tubing are for the landscapers who were coming a few days after them. Great attention to detail and customer service focus.
