Go get me ___ spice from the pantry? I often ask my family, and the responses I get are usually, Where is it?, I cant find it, or Its not there. The pantry organization done by Kruti has become the solution to most of these questions.Kruti organized my pantrymy way. She came for an initial assessment, understood all my needs, and found the right-sized and right-type of containers. She got into the trenches, sorted, recycled, labeled, and organized my pantry items based on my cooking patterns.Even after 1 year, my pantry still looks as pristine as the day she organized it, thanks to the ease of maintenance. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

They failed to follow instructions and look under the mat for the keys. Then refused to return asking for payment for their error. Great 1st impression but zero accountability and demanding payment when no work was done is dissappointing.

The owner was unavailable to take or answer phone calls and text messages. I got a phone number doesn’t exist for the alternative contact she had given to reach out in her absence. She called me back when I was already half way back to my home, so I told her I don’t feel comfortable turning around and doing the work. I didn’t demand money for work that I didn’t work, I politely requested to be compensated for the time I lost in all the preparation for her home organization and the travel time which I spent and wasn’t able to do the work due to lack of proper communication from the client side.

We have a fixed hourly rate for our services, but we can work with the customer to create a customized bundle pricing for more demanding and time consuming projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer complimentary 30-minute client discovery phone or video call to understand client needs and determine if we would be a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and continue to advance my education through NAPO university courses. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
