The thought of moving after 25 years made me very nervous, especially when I had to sell my house in order to buy my new home. Jason was a breath of fresh air and took charge right away. Having Jason as my realtor made my life extremely easy. He is knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. He worked with me to help make repairs and staged my home perfectly to get it on the market fast. Jason put in on the MLS on a Thursday and I had multiple offers by Saturday. The best part is Jason helped me put in an offer on my new home so I was able to sell my home and buy my new home that same weekend!! I have been licensed for the past 23 years, since 1997, concentrating on residential real estate in northern Virginia. I hold multiple designations to include the Military Relocation Professional Certification, MRP, as well as the SRES Designation, as a Senior Real Estate Specialist.
