Alex and partner were outstanding. They communicated well and were punctual. They helped with a storm door installation. They were also supposed to install two ceiling mounted pendant lights. There was a problem / mismatch between the lamp mount / base and the ceiling bracket. They took extra time and effort to explain why it would be unsafe to complete the installation.
