I-HVAC team is very very honest! 🎩 For the service i had hired, they could have made money by performing non-mandatory maintenance, but they are honest and did not try to mint money. They will be our HVAC service provider!

John was very knowledgeable. I appreciated his punctuality, professionalism, and taking his time explaining about the parts of the hvac. Something I did not like was , Sam coming to my house unannounced, he had come around my backyard and walked in my basement with a new tech. Luckily I was aware of this (at the very last second) since I received a text from my husband texted. I felt very uncomfortable and did not appreciate Sam coming to my house like this without any heads up. Sam’s negative remarks and facial expressions, was something I did not find very professional. I was very surprised that Sam was the owner. At first , I thought John was the owner , because of his professionalism. Due to Sam being present and adding “funny sarcastic comments” caused the delay of the process that John was working on and teaching us. Things were have been better if he just dropped of his new tech and Sam goes to his other jobs. This wouldn’t have delayed the process. Also, I was not informed ahead of time of the convenience fee if you pay by card. Nor did this state in the website. I still give 5 stars despite of Sam’s actions , because I truly appreciated of John. Again John is knowledgeable, professionalism, and provides quality work. He did amazing and I would definitely recommend him and I would request for John only as my to go person. Thanks for all you did John :)

What can I say about Sam and his crew. Honesty, professionalism and Quality. My compressor died on my old AC so I had to replace. I had to re-route the location of the new AC because of its size and it's just amazing how great job they did. They also thought me a lot about my AC system. I had a great time with them. I recommend them 100%.

I-HVAC Solutions went above and beyond my expectations and their professionalism is simply unmatched. Our A/C went out due to a bad blower motor and a universal motor wouldn’t work. The team was able to find the appropriate part and even came back on a Saturday to do the install so that my family wouldn’t have to go another day without A/C. Amazing customer service!
