- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
service- $85 to $120 trip charge+ diagnostic fee. New installs/replacement-no trip charge. Down payment or full payment will required depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new installations-meet with the customer in their residence to inspect their equipment. then offer the customer options based on the customers needs and the current setup. present the customer with the different prices for the different options and setups. discuss payment terms and then schedule the job. our typical turnaround time can be as quick as 24 hours. For service calls: as long as the customer agrees on paying the service call Fee and diagnostic fee which is either going to be $85 or $120 depending on the location we will come out at a scheduled time and perform the required work. we accept credit cards and or checks. we do not offer financing at this time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Master License and brand specific training: Rinnai, Noritz, Utica, Mitsubishi, Bosch, Heil, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, American Standard and many more.
