Couldn’t be happier with Mauricio! He responded immediately to my request, as in seconds. My HVAC unit is older so it wasn’t surprising that issues popped up during these 95+ degree days. Mauricio was able to see me the SAME DAY and called 30 min before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what happened and how I could prevent it without being patronizing or condescending. He gave me the opposite guidance as a previous tech from a “big” company who tried to sell me all these BS warranties for an old system. (I very much felt like he was trying to take advantage of a woman living on her own.) Since that experience, I’ve dreaded having any maintenance person in my condo. Mauricio told me not to waste my money on any major repairs because my system was out dated and instead to start saving money for a new unit… in another year or two! His price was more than reasonable and well worth it. It’s a relief to now have a reliable, honest, and friendly HVAC tech. I’m going to recommend him to all my friends but especially to my female friends so they don’t have to worry or stress about someone taking advantage or being disrespectful. Mauricio is awesome! No need to look any further.

This company and team are great! As soon as Mauricio took a look at my AC unit, he knew what to do, him and Oscar, were very knowledgeable and professional, they fix the issue at a very reasonable price, this was my first time using them and will continue working with them for my yearly maintenance… very satisfied.
