I’m open to discuss prices and get the best deal possible for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as possible to quote without going onsite. If not possible, I quote for a remote diagnostic session, when available, or an onsite diagnostic visit. Then I quote for repairing or fixing the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
