Introduction: I based my work on honesty. I believe life is service and that’s why I‘ve been a field customer support engineer for 24 years. I work with personal computers (desktops, laptops), laser printers servers and storage devices. I don’t work neither with inkjet printers nor with copiers. I am a specialist in HP and HPE equipment. Regarding software, I have knowledge of HP-UX, Windows Client, Windows Server and Linux operating systems, G suite and Microsoft Office Suite. I enjoy serving customers, fixing their devices and recovering their systems and data. I work fine with new or inexperienced users and also I like to help elderly people. I try to answer all my customers’ questions. I had already engaged another printer repair who was excellent and solved my problem. However, Alexandria IT also replied to my request for a quote. He very kindly advised me online free of charge about my very unusual HP printer problem and effectively gave me a second opinion, which was detailed, fast and in line with the first one I had received. I’m open to discuss prices and get the best deal possible for both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as possible to quote without going onsite. If not possible, I quote for a remote diagnostic session, when available, or an onsite diagnostic visit. Then I quote for repairing or fixing the issue.
