Pricing is based on an hourly rate, depending on the problem or issue. Sometimes distance is taken into consideration.

First try to get a good understanding of the problem, and the customer’s desired result(s). And then advise on a possible approach or solution to the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Computer Science in college, and have several professional certifications.
