About
I am a business/marketing consultant with more than 20 years of experience in helping businesses to succeed through the development of successful marketing strategies that maximizes brand impact, while helping to achieve an organization's goals and objectives.
I offer a total integration of services that allow my clients to succeed:
BRAND MANAGEMENT :: Development of a successful branding image takes into account both OFFLINE and ONLINE marketing channels, and how that image/logo will be utilized (i.e., sizing, color/BW) as well as media formatting (i.e., TIFF, EPS, JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.). This entails the development of a Corporate Branding Style Guide, along with the creation and maintaining of a digital catalog of brand images in multiple digital formats.
CREATIVE (GRAPHIC DESIGN) SERVICES :: A properly implemented Creative Design Strategy ensures that your corporation identity maintains a consistent design theme for all collateral/imagery (both OFFLINE/ONLINE).
WEB SERVICES :: Creating an effective Integrated ONLINE Marketing Strategy that involves a "best practices" approach that integrates Web » Mobile » Email » Social Media platforms. This strategy enables an organization a better means of communicating to customers, membership, constituents and/or stakeholders; engaging them to interact and become involved (call to action) in issues as well as help to build consensus and formulate policy. This includes Responsive Web Design (RWD) - coding which reacts to varying platforms (i.e., Desktop, Tablet, Smartphone),
All Major Credit/Debit Card Payments Accepted
What I like most about my consulting work is the ability to apply my skills and expertise towards providing solutions to my clients needs. My over 20 years of professional, as well as personal experience, encompasses a myriad of businesses and organizations in the public, private, non-profit and federal sectors. I enjoy helping my clients by implementing successful integrated online and offline marketing strategies so they can effectively communicate with their customers, members, constituents, media and/or stakeholders.

Michael Kaider adds value in that he has a technical understanding of the federal contracting and IT industries. This positively affects the quality of his work. His pricing is also aggressive and enhances the value of his work.

Unprofessional communication in the bidding phase helped me quickly see that I should not hire MCOMM. Very early in the communication phase, Michael messaged me, "Please clarify instead of wasting everyone's time." This was less than a week into the decision process of quite a large/expensive project. Simply not the kind of message I want from a company whose job it is to craft a good message.
MCOMM Strategic Consulting's reply
You seem to be very selective in your reasoning and business practices as to the truthfulness in what you say were your actions.
To set the record straight:
On Sept. 1st, I sent my initial reply to your job request which stated "One moment please" (Thumbtack puts a character limit on the initial reply from ONLINE Pros), and then while I was sending my detailed response - and it was "literally within 2 seconds that I got your reply ("...going a different route"); therefore, you never bothered to even read the detailed information that I provided you with respect to your job request.
Secondly, you mentioned that “I (meaning you) did not choose you because I simply did not like your website or portfolio.” This is totally fraudulent. You never even bothered to visit my portfolio (Thumbtack sends ONLINE Pros a notification when a job requester views their portfolio) , nor did you visit my website. (Ever heard of something called Google Analytics?)
This on top of the fact that you then didn’t respond to any of the five (5) ONLINE pros who responded to your initial job request on Sept 1st, and then two weeks later (Sept. 14th) you submitted the same “exact” job request. I, unfortunately, did not recognize your name again on the job request and responded to your second job request. Upon realizing that this was the same (duplicate) job request, this is when I took affront to your careless actions, as I stated, “…although it does not cost you anything to submit a job request on this platform, it does however charge ONLINE professional like myself to respond to your requests.”
So once again, you are misrepresenting the facts when you say, “This was less than a week into the decision process…”, when in fact it was actually two weeks. Your careless disregard for the ONLINE Pro’s who service this platform, as well as your callousness is misrepresenting that facts, should make anyone wary of the seriousness of your intentions as well as believe anything that you say. - MTK
