- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a fixed price contract because I think that best protects my clients from unknown additional fees. My contracts are transparent so my clients know up front what they are getting with no surprises! If additional services are required, we can always add an addendum to our contract!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! I like to schedule an initial phone call before booking to get a sense of what your specific needs are for your day-your wants,needs, budget, timeline, etc. After getting some big picture details, we can book and the real fun begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A fun fact about me is I am an Interior Designer by day and Event Designer by night! I graduated from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) with an Interior Design degree, and currently work designing kitchens and bathrooms. I pair function with beauty in all of my projects, making sure to listen to the clients needs while meeting a timeline and price point. This translates into event design well, as I know how to juggle "organized chaos" while staying on budget!
