FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my brides a fixed price contract to provide peace of mind and protect their budget from unexpected costs. This approach ensures complete transparency and allows them to plan confidently, knowing exactly what they’ll spend—no surprises, no hidden fees. Most importantly, it gives me the freedom to dedicate as much time as needed to support them fully throughout the planning process, without watching the clock.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 30–45 minute initial phone consultation to get to know each couple, understand their vision and needs, and walk through our coordination process. This call is a great opportunity to connect, answer questions, and ensure we’re a good fit. If they choose to move forward, we send a fixed price contract for review and signature, followed by a 50% deposit to secure the date. From there, I work closely with my couples in the months leading up to the wedding, meeting to discuss all the important details and creating a custom itinerary and wedding day playbook tailored specifically to their day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a kitchen and bath interior designer, and my husband Sean works in government affairs and policy—two very different worlds that both demand strong attention to detail, tight timelines, and the ability to adapt quickly. These careers have sharpened our organizational skills and made us incredibly efficient, flexible, and decisive under pressure. Whether managing a kitchen renovation or navigating complex policy issues, we bring the same level of precision, clear communication, and calm problem-solving to your wedding day.
