My VA services start at $35/hr. I offer a free 15-minute discovery call to scope your needs before committing. Retainer packages are available for ongoing work — which saves you money and guarantees my availability. No hidden fees; you're billed only for hours worked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 15-min discovery call to understand your needs. From there, I send a simple onboarding form, set up your preferred tools and communication channels, and we're up and running — usually within 24-48 hours of our call. I adapt to your systems so there's minimal disruption to your workflow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm CAPM-certified (Project Management Institute), a Virginia Notary Public, and fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I have 10+ years of executive support experience, including managing full operations for an NFL athlete and multiple entrepreneurs across several businesses simultaneously. I stay current on automation tools (N8N, Airtable, Zoho CRM, QuickBooks) to bring modern efficiency to every client.
