My philosophy is to meet my clients at their current fitness level and progress exercises as you get stronger. I also create nutrition plans that will allow you to have flexibility with your eating and reach your fitness goals without feeling restricted. I do not offer single sessions, I offer programs that will help you to get in the best shape of your life regardless of your starting point. These strong women will provide top-quality care regarding your health and fitness. And for MY personal experience, they introduced me to a whole world of things like functional fitness and stretching and yoga moves that are life-saving and so essential as these are things I would never do on my own. Be the Best You Over 50 is just what I have been looking for. Alyssa is a fantastic trainer. I wasn't sure how training over Zoom would work out, however, it is so convenient. The groups are small and Alyssa carefully watches each person to correct our forms. It is as if it is individual training. There are several classes, different levels, and different types of workouts to choose from. There are also additional stretching videos that are fantastic. I appreciate Alyssa's sincere emphasis on form and stretching and her individual attention.

I have had AMAZING results working with Alyssa and her team. I was extremely skeptical about online training, however, the way class is facilitated, you truly do feel the personal touch. Alyssa takes the time out to understand your strengths and weaknesses, and ensures she is addressing them during your sessions, while making sure you truly do get a good workout.
