Mr. R was very nice. Friendly, efficient, came with tools and got straight to work. Extra bonus is that he likes Marvel movies which we chatted about while he worked. After opening the mobile tv cart box and gathering the 1000 pieces (lol) he put it together in a jiffy. Then he placed the 75 inch tv on the mount. He then went the extra mile to help me place it in a good spot for our Mom in her bedroom.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each project based on the scope of work, item complexity, installation requirements, and location. I do not charge by the hour. After reviewing the photos, product links, and project details, I provide a clear labor estimate. Any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before an additional charge is applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to provide photos, product links, the project location, and a description of the work. After reviewing the details, I provide a price and discuss scheduling. Once everything is confirmed, I arrive with the necessary tools, inspect the work area, complete the job carefully, clean the area, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the final result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience in furniture assembly and general handyman services. I regularly work with different furniture systems, wall types, mounting hardware, tools, and manufacturer instructions. I continue improving my skills through practical experience and product-specific training.
