Amazing and incredibly thorough, I used them to unload from a storage unit to my apartment. On one of the hottest day of the year, they still took the time to protect precious items and had a good system to keep things moving! Great guys :)

Professional, punctual, great communication. It was a pleasure working with Kevin from El Flaco. They were able to come the next day to remove some old outdoor furniture from our deck and had even offered to come same day. Would not hesitate to work with Kevin and team again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide straightforward pricing based on the crew, truck, time, and type of service needed. Any additional fees, such as travel or disposal fees, are discussed before the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get the details of the job, including the locations, size of the move, stairs, large or heavy items, and preferred date and time. We then provide pricing and confirm the service. On the scheduled day, our team arrives prepared with the equipment needed to complete the job safely and efficiently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional experience in transportation, logistics, delivery operations, truck safety, and managing moving crews. Our team also focuses on safe lifting, proper loading, furniture protection, and efficient handling.
