I had a great experience with HDA Solutions. Hector and his team are incredibly thorough, broke down their recommendations in great detail and were able to work with us to pinpoint exactly what we needed to do to partially finish our utility room in the basement. He’s very easy to work with, and completed high quality work that we’re very impressed with. I highly recommend!
Details: Residential • Less than 500 sq. ft. • No, I will not be adding structural or weight-bearing features to my basement • No, I will not be modifying or adding living space to my basement • No, my basement finishing or remodeling project will not require electrical or plumbing work • No existing plans - need design suggestions • Owner

I recently hired Hector Padilla, HDA Solutions, LLC for a variety of home repairs and could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the beginning, Hector provided a detailed and professional proposal outlining each task and the associated costs, which gave me great confidence in the process.Hector and his associate completed all interior work carefully and on time, and Hector completed the exterior work exactly as proposed. Before beginning the ceiling repair, they took extra care to protect surrounding surfaces, which I greatly appreciated. They also went the extra mile in cleaning up thoroughly after the work was completed.Communication throughout the project was excellent. Hector consistently let me know when they would arrive, when work was completed, and when they were leaving for the day. I stayed elsewhere during the painting process, and his clear communication made everything much easier and less stressful. In addition to being highly professional and knowledgeable, Hector is personable, patient, and willing to answer questions thoughtfully. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality home repair work. S. Ernst, Washington, DC

RUN, DON'T WALK to HDA Solutions LLC! They were enthusiastically recommended to *me* by a trusted friend, and to say they "exceeded all expectations" doesn't go nearly far enough to describe just how wonderful they truly are. I can't recommend this amazing team highly enough.HDA Solutions LLC does top-notch, expert-quality work that's completely customized to each client's unique and specific needs, goals, and scheduling and budget parameters. I had a very obscure and highly specialized request for an electrical installation in an unconventional place... none of which fazed this team at all. Hector and his crew knew exactly what to do and precisely how to do it... and their skills and knowledge are so extensive that they'd actually already done projects like mine before! Talk about hitting the jackpot! Not only do the HDA Solutions LLC technicians show up on time and complete the work exactly as promised but their customer service is also absolutely EXCELLENT. Their communication is responsive, friendly, honest, transparent, and helpful, and they take the time to answer questions and present options. And unlike others who get there whenever, do the bare minimum, and leave, HDA Solutions LLC not only does an amazingly thorough job, keeps you informed every step of the way, and delivers a dazzling final product they even clean up after they're finished rather than fobbing that final step off on the client (and if you've dealt with contractors before, you know how rare that is!).From start to finish, at every single step in the process, HDA Solutions LLC goes above and beyond. My experience with them on this project was so singularly positive that they'll be the first people I call from now on, whenever I need any home improvement work done. I wouldn't go anywhere else nor should you!
