- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
before any work begins—no surprise charges. In most glass replacement or shower doors installation, typically require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due after installation. Discounts may be available when combining multiple windows, mirrors, or other glass projects, so please ask about our current offers. Our goal is to provide fair, competitive pricing without compromising the quality of the glass, hardware, or installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick conversation to understand what you need. Photos and approximate measurements are helpful and may allow us to provide an initial price range. We schedule a convenient visit to inspect the project, take precise measurements, discuss glass and hardware options, and provide a clear written estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we custom-fabricate the glass. Most custom projects are ready for installation within approximately 7–10 business days for Shower Doors and 2 days for Window Glass Replacement. We return for the professional installation, protect the surrounding area, clean up afterward, and review the completed work with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. Throughout the project, you receive clear communication and personalized guidance with no pressure or surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This work requires precision, an understanding of different glass types and hardware systems, and proper techniques for anchoring, alignment, sealing, and safe installation. I also stay current with manufacturer specifications, new hardware, and installation methods. That practical experience allows me to identify problems accurately, recommend the right solution, and complete each project safely and professionally.
