From the first contact to the installation, everything was handled very well. Scott came out to make an assessment and provide an estimate and he was very professional and honest on what was needed. We were able to replace the panes in several windows and did not need to replace the entire windows. Scott even fixed a window that wasn't closing properly while he was here at no charge. We did replace a people door to our garage. This was handled by Pastor who arrived on time and did a great job of handling the replacement. The work was done very efficiently and the door and framing look great. Our experience with The Best Window company was excellent and we would definitely refer them to others.

Best Window Co. did an excellent job on our home. We had almost 20 windows and 2 doors installed. All were put in very quickly and cleanly. The customer service and professionalism expressed were beyond the norm. It's great to see a company that cares more about how they're working and making sure the customer is happy than just getting the job done. We highly recommend them to anyone on the fence about whether to go with a smaller company. Price, product, and service without the heavy sales push made the whole process an easy decision.

From start to finish, our experience with Scott Hawley and Best Window Company Virginia/American Home Restorations Solutions has been nothing short of spectacular! As we began the process of obtaining estimates to replace our 10-year-old builder grade entry doors, we asked our Facebook neighborhood group for recommendations. The big-name companies (Pella and Renewal by Anderson) were on our list, but then Scott reached out to us, and we decided to schedule appointments with all three. The big-name companies were hard-sell, but Scott patiently worked with us and our budget to obtain our business.The level of professionalism exhibited by Scott and the installation team was beyond impressive. Calling Best Window Co. of Virginia will be your best decision all year! It really is hard to find great people to do quality work for a fair price and have it done in a timely manner. I assure you BWC will meet all your needs. I needed quite a bit of work done and every step was a pleasant process. Scott made it so easy. He is thorough, detailed, and so patient. (because I'm pretty sure I asked him 5000 questions) First, I had 34 windows replaced in 3 days! What? Yes, 3 days! Not only are they absolutely beautiful on the inside and out, there was zero mess inside and outside the house which thoroughly impressed me. (Also, I chose black on the outside and white on the inside and I am so happy with the outcome) Then, I had them replace the roof and gutters on my house and garage, and add gutters where needed. Again, a great crew of hard working men doing quality work, with quality materials, in impeccable timing with no mess and it looks so beautiful. Next, was a new door and storm door which I love! I appreciate so much the time that was taken for discussing window styles, colors, shingles, types and styles of doors, double checking measurements before ordering, boss man himself (Pastor) continually working and being present on the job, and constant check ins from Scott just to make sure all is going well during the process. I felt comfortable in making the decisions I made, experienced no pressure, and felt good about the cost. ( I had 3 quotes before BWC and the prices were just astronomical) I highly recommend BWC. I will be calling them again when it is time for siding and doors and deck at my business. Now that I know what I know, I won't be calling anyone else! You shouldn't either! Call BWC today!
