- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think I give a fair price for all jobs I quote. There is a difference between a high price and a price that is more than you are willing to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask plenty of questions, listen to customer needs, be pleasant and knowledgable and never afraid to say, I can't do that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training is on the job training. I learned from older and younger mentors in various trades. If I dont know how to do it, I dont.
