I hired Cindy to paint three rooms in my house. Prior to Cindy painting we communicated via text message. She was always very responsive while texting. We were able to work together to figure out the type of paint I needed and what color and brand. Cindy picked up the paint before getting to my house. Once she arrived, I gave her a tour of the rooms she'd paint then she got started. She was very accommodating buying a fume free paint, which was very important since my 13 month son's room was one of the rooms she painted. While painting she did above and beyond what, in my opinion, is expect of a painter to do. There were places on the wall where the plaster had come off and she repaired those patches. She also gave my husband and I some painting advice and tips. She is very meticulous and takes her time. She organized her time very well too by working in one room while the first coat of paint was drying in another room. Usually she has a helper but she was by herself for my job. This caused her to be at my house basically all day. She did commit to stay until the job was done even though she had an hour commute back home. Overall I am very satisfied with Cindy's performance and I'd definitely use her again for any painting needs.

Cindy just did a quick job for me - painting an entryway ceiling before I have the room wallpapered. She replied quickly with quote, fitted me into her schedule within a week, and was totally professional. Great job, and flexible about whether I wanted additional coats. Also, she was doing two jobs same day in nearby area and kept in close contact via text as she worked efficiently across the jobs. Would hire her again.

I give detailed quotes for each job including supplies and excluding paint cost. I will purchase paint if desired at no markup.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would meet with a new customer to view the area to be painted and provide a detailed quote for the work to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience painting including high end homes in Wintergreen, Boars Head and Greenwood Country Areas.
