I got in contact with Oken Electric via the app and they responded within the half hour. After some sack and forth texts the Electrician (Brandon) said that he could come the same day. And based on my description of the issue he said it sounded like a simple repair. He arrived mid-afternoon and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. Brandon was very nice and very professional. I will call them again when/if we have any other electrical malfunctions.

Brandon did an outstanding job! I called on very short notice, and even though he was already handling multiple emergency service calls, he still found a way to squeeze me into his schedule.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and got all of my kitchen electrical outlets back up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and communicated everything clearly throughout the process.

I highly recommend this electrician to anyone looking for top-tier service! They recently came out to install a new light fixture for us, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions before getting to work.
What impressed me most was their incredible workmanship and attention to detail. Instead of cutting up the walls, they went out of their way to find the most efficient routing for the wiring. They managed to complete the entire installation while minimizing holes in the drywall, saving us a massive headache and extra patching costs later on. They worked quickly, respected our home, and left the workspace absolutely spotless. Will hire again.

Highly recommend! He was extremely professional, punctual, and easy to work with. He installed multiple light fixtures in my home, including a chandelier in a very high foyer ceiling, a dining room chandelier, and an outdoor ceiling fan. Everything was installed correctly, securely, and with great attention to detail.

He took the time to answer questions, was very friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
