I would definitely recommend Mr. Balkar Singh from Capital Appliance Service for any issues you may have with washers/dryers, ovens, ranges, etc. I initially used Capital Appliance for an issue with our Kenmore Washer leaking inside the drum even with the washer turned off. Mr. Singh was able to diagnose the issue within 2 minutes and had the replacement part in his truck. He completed the repair in 15 minutes, and the washer has been leak proof since. I also mentioned an issue we had with our double oven, thinking we'd need to shop for a new double oven. He suggested replacing a sensor to see if it could fix the issue, avoiding a costly new double oven purchase. After ordering the part, he replaced it the following week, and oven is now operating properly. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions and offering options for any appliance questions you may have. I will definitely keep his contact information for any future work and would not hesitate to recommend his services to others who may need repairs to their appliances.

Capital Appliance was the first to contact me after posting my need for a repair technician. They spent the time needed to fully review my issue over the phone and set an appointment in the very near future which was kept and they arrived on time. Once here they spent the time needed to fully work the issue, were extremely polite and professional and explained everything to me. This was a bit complicated so it took a couple of hours to troubleshoot and repair. The charge was very reasonable given the amount of time to get to my location as well as the time to complete the service. I'm extremely happy with the service I was given. I'm also impressed that they were able to fix an issue that GE gave up on and claimed the appliance was "unrepairable".
