The first project Kaiwasi construction did for us was was a bathroom remodel. They did a great job, and we love our bathroom! They were very responsive throughout and stuck to the timeline. We were so impressed with their work, that we got them to do a second project for us - finishing part of our basement and turning it into a study. Again, we were so impressed with their professionalism and neat work. It was a pleasure to work with the entire crew, and we appreciated their open communication and integrity. We have other projects in the future, and won’t hesitate to use them again. We highly recommend them!

Gary and Hernan were very professional throughout the entire process of helping us with remodeling our bathroom. On day one, we provided their crew with our concept, ensured we had most of the materials available, and they did the rest. I call it, magic! The crew came on time, worked all day, and results were obvious after each day on the job site. What I liked most about their attention to details is the fact that they paid close attention to cleaning up after each day. That simple gesture told my wife and I that they respected and understood that they we’re working in our home. Their attention to details, responsiveness, and craftsmanship are very professional. The bathroom is a piece of art and a place of sanctuary now. I’d highly recommend that you consider using this company for similar projects. Oh, and I’ve saved their number because I’m sure I’ll be using them again in the future for other projects around our home. In less than two weeks, our bathroom upgrade was completed! Kaiwasi construction did a great job helping to transform my house. My master bath went from small and ugly to absolutely stunning. They also changed my kitchen laundry room into a separate laundry and pantry space. Very happy with their professional work. Hernan saw my vision when getting the estimate and his team made it happen. Very pleased with the job.

I hired Kaiwasi Construction to do a bathroom remodel. They did an excellent job. The bathroom looks great. There is one worker, I think his name is Edgar, dude is a beast. I'm pretty sure he did the bulk of the work by himself. Hernan, the owner, is very nice and will explain what the plan is so you understand the process. He sticks to the estimate and will not try to change the price after the work is done. I hired them again to remodel a closet and they did a great job with that too.

Hernan and his crew are great! I definitely plan to go with them for any future remodel work I need. During the entire process Hernan was very responsive and provided me with tons of great information and insight. The price he quoted and the timeline were reasonable. I was excited to see that the project was completed as quoted and on time. Annibal’s skills are very impressive and I appreciated his attention to detail. I am vary grateful the extra effort he and his team took when it came to solving a problem that was caused by a manufacture defect. They really went above and beyond to make sure my bathroom was what I wanted.
