- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide quality work at a reasonable price. we only charge labor cost only. home owner pay material at home depot. We work hard to keep it with our customer's budget. We have discounts for veterans and seniors. for bathroom remodel, with bathtub 5k. with standing shower or existing bathtub converts into standing shower 6k master bath 6 to 9k depends on size. kitchen remodel 8k to 25k most cases, however, it depends on how many cabinets and additional wall demo, relocate plumbing, adding recess light, select quarts or granite..all these detail elements make cost changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to potential customers immediately and schedule an a face to face FREE in home consultation depending on their availability and needs. Customers satisfaction is our top priority which is why we provide our customers a detailed written proposals after every consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed to operate in Virginia with over 20 years of experience serving clients in the residential renovation and development market. We have worked with all types of clients, from all backgrounds, and on almost any project you can imagine. Our team has become experts at managing projects and making sure we stay on course from start to finish, in order to minimize time wasted and maximize efficiency and great results.
