Justin is amazing. He is very detail oriented, gives good advice and input and has an eye for design. We remodeled our bathroom and along with a gorgeous end result it is also quite functional. He is very prompt, up to and including finishing the project when he said he would. And this is after adding a few changes to the original plan. We constantly are getting compliments on our bathroom. I know, weird. We plan to use him for future work. After having bad experiences with previous contractors its nice to find someone who is trustworthy, does excellent work, and is reasonable in cost. We have already recommended him to several friends.

KOA are amazing!! They do incredibly high quality work, they are transparent about--and faithful to--their pricing, and he & his guys couldn't be friendlier or more careful with your home. We hired Koa earlier this year for a really wide variety of remodeling needs--everything from remodeling kitchen cabinets to installing hardwood floors to gut-renovating the master bathroom. He & his team got an incredible amount of work done in a fairly short amount of time, and we could not have been more impressed with the quality of work they did. As with any major home improvement project, there were a handful of follow-up punch-list items we found after we moved in, and Koa came right out & addressed them within a week. Start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with him. We've recommended Koa to friends who were also thrilled with their work, and we will definitely be hiring Koa for Phase Two in the future!

When our 70's model master bath was no longer functional we decided the time had come for an overhaul.. They listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to make the project better. Their crew was professional and knowledgeable from the start. Even when there were delivery delays on some of the materials, they worked with us to get the job done with skill. The crew was thorough and cleaned up every day so we were able to live in the house with minimal disruption during the remodel. We will definitely hire Koa again!

Justin and his team did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. The before and after was pretty shocking to me! He was also happy to help fix some odds and ends throughout the remodel that I had neglected for years. They were happy to correct any quality issues I found and cleaned up very well after each day. All and all, I couldn't be happier and feel like I got a great deal.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide quality work at a reasonable price. we only charge labor cost only. home owner pay material at home depot. We work hard to keep it with our customer's budget. We have discounts for veterans and seniors. for bathroom remodel, with bathtub 5k. with standing shower or existing bathtub converts into standing shower 6k master bath 6 to 9k depends on size. kitchen remodel 8k to 25k most cases, however, it depends on how many cabinets and additional wall demo, relocate plumbing, adding recess light, select quarts or granite..all these detail elements make cost changes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to potential customers immediately and schedule an a face to face FREE in home consultation depending on their availability and needs. Customers satisfaction is our top priority which is why we provide our customers a detailed written proposals after every consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed to operate in Virginia with over 20 years of experience serving clients in the residential renovation and development market. We have worked with all types of clients, from all backgrounds, and on almost any project you can imagine. Our team has become experts at managing projects and making sure we stay on course from start to finish, in order to minimize time wasted and maximize efficiency and great results.
