Prior to getting here he called to confirm the time he'd be here and arrived literally 2 minutes early. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the best solution, and completed the entire project within a bit over an hour. He cleaned up and put everything back in order. I will certainly call him again if I have any issues he might be able to handle.
