- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. I believe in a flat rate for whatever the job is. I like to take my time and make sure the job is done correctly at minimal cost to my customer. I believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching new technology and how it can improve my customers on a day to day basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology and I'm very interested in how things work. I started at a young age taking apart my computer that my family owned. I tinkered until I was old enough to get a job in the computer field. My first job was customer service for Erols Internet in Springfield.
