I am very pleased with customer experience with SIT (Secure Integrated Technologies). I am a working professional and do not have much time to myself juggling work and family. Although I am familiar with the technical side of things, I simply dont want to spend my weekend ensuring my computers and network is in good condition.The team at SIT (Secure Integrated Technologies) was very helpful in setting up an appointment and gathering the information needed upfront and scheduling an appointment. On the day of the visit the engineer was on time, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely fashion and gave me many helpful tips moving forward. This was important because he wasnt simply trying to get in and out but rather go the extra mile and help me understand areas of improvement going forward.I cannot express my gratitude for the engineer and the team at SIT (Secure Integrated Technologies). The prices are fair, and the quality of service is second to none. I would highly recommend SIT (Secure Integrated Technologies) to anyone from a novice to an expert for your technical needs.

I am very happy with the service I received at Secure Integrated Technologies. I was having trouble with my laptop and Omar went above and beyond in repairing my laptop and providing services that helped my PC run better and more efficiently. My PC is running faster and Omar also recommended programs to keep my PC protected for the future. He was pleasant to work with, responds in a timely manner, and also kept me updated through the 3 days I had my laptop turned in to him. The repair price was extremely reasonable compared to what other companies had quoted me. Thank you so much for saving my PC and recovering my data on it! I recently aquired services from Secure Integrated Techonologies LLC to set up my home network, to take a look at my printer and to remove viruses from my laptop which had been infected by some malicious virus. I was not aware of these infections until the technician who was very profisional ran a test to check my computer for virus.I could not take my services to my local geek squad at Best Buy or else where because I know I would not be able to afford their highly expensive rates. This is particularly the reason why my printer had not been serviced for a long time until I found out about SIT.I am very pleased with SIT and highly recommend their low prices and high quality services to anyone in need of mending their computers or setting up their network.I am soon to set up a small home office and have made an appointment with SIT to come in and set up our office. I am looking forward to continue my business with this company.
