Leveling and laminate flooring. The company was not at all professional and transparent. The main contractor was humble but the workers he hired were conniving ,deceiving, and extremely sweet mouthed with no professional knowledge.
-were deceiving
- used less materials and reported more; concrete bags and palettes (how could 10 sq.ft. Be equivalent to 50sq.ft. In other words, in both areas 2 and a half bags of concrete was used
-if I didn't ask about leveling I would have never known whether it was actually done or not. I stayed at the location all the time and that's how I seemed to seek and see information
-additionally, they intended to inject concrete over my old and new laminate flooring so that the subfloor could be leveled. Seriously, didn't make sense.
-didn't have enough knowledge of underlay was not sold in rolls but in sq.ft.
-showed receipts and used less materials ( we were present most of the times and still they denied )
-placed new laminate flooring on top of old flooring ( without informing, blaming on time , and misconceptions n miscommunication)
-had only one professional working most of the times stretching time n days and causing delays ( as the rest of the workers were employed elsewhere but they wanted too dollars for their highly unprofessional work)
-towards, the end we paid what we agreed on minus the materials that we didn't see them using even though they had the receipt but we were the witnesses to their lies.

We did contact them; after length of time they did get back to us. Their quote was much too high and we went w/someone else.
