Very punctual and offered to resolve the rodent problem immediately upon our discovery of it. He was thorough and dialed in his approach in a way that lessened the negative impact of having poison in the house.

I had an issue with some animal noise inside an external wall, on a Saturday of course. Serge was the only one on Thumbtack willing to come out immediately, and without a weekend surcharge. He discovered a hole in a chimney enclosure and did a temporary emergency fix. He returned a few days later with a carpenter, and they did a permanent fix. Apparently the critter escaped between visits. They did quality work at a reasonable price, fast but not shoddy.

They were amazing! I had a squirrel issue, they reached out to me the minute I sent a message. They were even able to come out the same day to look and provide me with an estimate of how much it would cost! They were able to do the job the same day as well! He was honest about his work. Very respectful and responsive. I would highly recommend him!
