I hired Mr. Virgilio to paint my home, readjust my windows, and take care of various other maintenance tasks. He addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He was also willing to fix any issues that came up. I’ve decided to keep him as the maintenance worker for my rental property. I believe he is honest with his pricing and genuinely cares about the quality of his work—it truly speaks for itself.
Details: 2 - 5 hours (A few different projects) • Maintenance • Repairs • Painting • Bathroom • Kitchen • Living room • Doors • Windows • Walls (inside) • Molding or baseboards • Home
