Osvaldo of Sentri Lock has excellent workmanship and work ethics. He was so resourceful and knowledgeable when fixing the smart lock that was installed by a handyman. He knew what he was doing and was able to solve the problem. Now, we can enter and lock our door using the key pads as an alternative to the keys. Thank you, Osvaldo!

EXCELLENT!!!!! I reached out to him. He called right back even though it was early in the morning. He was available to meet me same day. Took him 20 minutes to do what took my husband three hours to try and do lol. We discussed an additional lock for the future and I will definitely have him do the install. Very pleased!
