Lydia was great! After a nightmare experience with lawyers and child custody, she was exactly what we needed. She was very responsive and efficient. It was less than a week long process to get everything done, from initial consultation to the write up of the mediation agreement for the court. She did an excellent job of keeping everyone on task, laying out the ground rules, and making sure everyone was heard. She was very thorough and kept repeating everything back to us so we were all on the same page. She even did follow up work with us and offered to do revisions to the agreement if necessary. Definitely worth the price!

Lydia was exceptional while working with me and my family through our situation. She was extremely professional and her follow up was excellent. Great listening skills and really understands the mediation process. She took time to process the challenges that we had and helped us come to an agreement with very little controversy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A mediation session is for a period of 2 hours, and the pricing is a flat fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a 15-30 minute intake call over the phone to access what needs to be mediated, who is involved, as well as, go over my process of mediation, and any questions the client might have.
I will then contact the other party as you need two consenting parties. If both parties are willing then I will then set up a date and time that both are available for a 2 hour period, and will have them electronically sign an agreement to Mediate before the session begins.
