- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I love what I do, I'm extremely flexible on pricing in most cases. The quotes that I present on thumbtack are standard pricing and are given without necessarily having all of the details about a given project. For example, if you only need a few photos and we don't need a lot of equipment, the price will be significantly lower. In most cases, I can offer custom pricing to meet your needs. Bottom line... if you like the quality of my work, but a competitor is offering a lower price, feel free to ask for a discount or custom pricing. After all, the worst I can say is, "no." The only thing I ask in return is for "serious inquiries only."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is unique, but my process remains consistent - listen first, understand the vision, and execute the plan to make it a reality. You'll find that when we start working together, the first objective is to create an experience that is fun and relaxing. This shows in the final images and is one of the things that sets MLD Imagery apart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive training and experience in photography, graphics, content creation and other related areas. Over the last few years, I have taken and applied training in advanced lighting and composition and have taken thousands of pictures to hone my skills.
