I contacted Jerry to re-locate some plumbing in my basement utility room because I am turning it into a gym. Jerry stopped by and I explained my entire project to include electrical, lighting, framing, drywall, etc. He offered to take on the entire project, so that is what we did. I give Jerry five stars. I feel that he is a hard working family guy that decided to go out on his own and start a business. I think the entire job turned out to be bigger than we both expected. Finding quality people to work and assist him will be his biggest hurdle. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jerry for any plumbing projects you have, but if it is anything outside of plumbing I would be a little hesitant because it may not be Jerry doing the work. And if he mentions a guy named Joe for drywalling, tell him no thank you, and find someone else.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On new homes we price job by per fixture...then the basement and gas prices are separate... remodels are priced on the amount of work and service calls have a set price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Three Tee's Plumbing will write up contracts for the first job together then if all goes well and both parties are satisfied then from there after we will use are judgement if a contract is necessary from that point
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school and went straight in to plumbing. I have got my journeyman card in plumbing with over 20yrs of experience
