This was not really a junk removal project. It was a refrigerator move from my kitchen to the Basement Laundry Room. Some of the other junk removal firms wouldn't do this. JT did and it was a complex job because the doors had to be removed to get it into the laundry room.Apr 26, 2019Verified

Arrived on time and got it done! Thank you, thank you, thank you. He came prepared with the right size vehicle and manpower and was in and out in no time. Well worth the cost and I highly recommend them. Will hire again without hesitation.Jan 16, 2021Verified

We had 30 years worth of junk hauled from my mother's house. We had a good experience and would use them again. The crew was very careful with avoiding any damage to the floors while hauling furniture.Jan 24, 2020VerifiedJT'S Junk&Trash Removal, LLC's reply
I appreciate your business thank you!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, my standard pricing depends on the size of the load/volume. 1/4 loads start at $165 or more depending on items. Half trailer loads start at $250 for 14x8x6 or 20cubic yards. Also 14x8x6 full loads are $550. On average, homeowners pay between $138 and $373 for junk removal, though costs depend largely on contents, volume and service policies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to know exactly what the customer is looking to achieve. So I ask a lot of questions. I always give a quote that just breaks the ice to the customer of what it might cost for the removal... From that point I would meet the new customer and go over what they want to achieve in there junk removal.. After the basics are Layed out I give the customer an ETA on when I will be starting mostly same day. I do all junk removal work as a professional and leave with a new happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Worked for a trash removal company for many years. I advanced and started my own company here on Thumtack last year.
