- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The pricing is dependent on the program. A single nutrition plan will cost different than a nutrition plan and a workout plan together. There are no fees, and there will be discounts on. For example: Say I offer 10 sessions for 70 dollars a session. A 20 session package would be 60 per session which would save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would have them fill out a basic questionnaire. Health history, previous injuries, food allergies. And if they are cleared for physical activity by their primary care physician. After words, there would be a weight check, and a test for body fat percentage (if available)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and strength coach through the ISSA. I have been weight training since I was a teenager, and I have been training others for over a decade. I currently work with a hospital in Fairfax, VA as a personal trainer.
